Refund policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your Clothing item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your CLOTHING item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused,  and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  Absolutely NO returns on Earrings, Bags,  Hair accessories and Bracelets  that you decided you did not want. I keep things limited and in season , unless damaged. If I have inventory than I will ship one or issue credit. 

To start a return, you can contact us at gina@omgdamngina.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
If size doe not work then depending on inventory /availability of size can be returned if no size is available than a store credit can be issued when item is returned.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

pick availability leave memo to coordinate. Must be paid prior no holds. Shipping rates are based on economy or express. Delay in shipping orders can arise in which you would need to connect with USPS over the phone with tracking information.

No Returns unless exchanged for different size

I give the best value of products which are carried with minimal inventory. If no size is available a store credit can be only issued to be used for a future purchase.
